From connected data to booked deals
Hono turns your ad server and analytics data into a live media kit, then runs a guardrailed negotiation loop where your approval gates decide what waits for sign-off. Six steps, start to finish.
Sign up and connect your sources
Create a Hono account and connect Google Ad Manager, GA4, and/or Ezoic. GA4 connects with read-only analytics access. Google Ad Manager connects with ad-manager access, which Hono uses to sync reporting data and — when a deal is approved — to create line items and deals in your ad server.
Your data syncs into unified analytics
Traffic, impressions, and revenue from each connected source roll into one normalized daily view per property — each metric sourced from the platforms that report it, so your inventory, sell-through, and yield read consistently.
Publish a data-backed media kit
Hono builds a public media kit from that data: products, packages, and rate cards grounded in real numbers. It stays current as your data updates — no static PDF that's stale the moment a buyer opens it.
Buyer agents discover and negotiate
Buyer agents find your media kit, request quotes, and negotiate direct, PMP, and programmatic guaranteed deals with your agent — strictly inside the guardrails you set. A deterministic engine decides which actions are allowed; the language agent never proposes a price outside those bounds.
Approval gates you control
Deals that trip your gates — size, floor proximity, guaranteed deals, first-time or low-trust buyers — land in your queue before anything books. You see the buyer, the terms, and how they compare to your floors and targets, and you decide whether to book, counter, or decline. Deals that clear every gate book automatically under your rules.
Deals book and delivery is reported
Approved deals book directly into your Google Ad Manager — line items, targeting, and pricing set up automatically — or push out as IAB Deals API deal IDs. Delivery is then pulled from Google Ad Manager — and from SSP reporting where configured — back into your reports.
The guardrails model
You define the bounds; the negotiation engine stays inside them. Hono never invents a price or accepts terms you didn't authorize.
Hono is a platform, not a counterparty. Every deal is between you and the buyer — Hono acts solely as your configured agent and technology provider.
